Day 15 (British Columbia) CBC R3 Song of the Day

As a tribute to Canada and my love for Canadian Indie music, I’ve not only created special provincial playlists for my Cross-Canada road trip but I will also be featuring a:

“CBCR3 Song of the Day”

Every day I will showcase a CBCR3 artist from the province where we happen to be travelling. (the rules are simple; simply because I’m too tired for fancy)

Today is Day 15 – we are in British Columbia and the CBCR3 Song of the Day is…… (drum roll please)

Animal, The Pack A.D

The Pack A.D is a kick ass Canadian garage rock duo from Vancouver,BC.   Animal is the perfect choice today given how many animals we had personal encounters with and how many times I had to say,

“No, we are not getting a goat/seal/chicken/dog/kitten/rat…”

It’s late and I’m tired so rather come up with something creative, I’m going to swipe their bio from the CBCR3 website:

Known for their explosive live performances and the ability to generate a massive sound with only two members, The Pack A.D. plays garage rock/pop/punk that is fierce, unapologetic, and loud as hell.

Next month they tour with Alice in Chains.  Check. Them. Out.

Til Tomorrow,
